Rebecca L. Robison is a seasoned family law attorney and partner at Robison Smith Law. Raised in North Carolina, she pursued her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications, followed by a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 1998, Rebecca began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Union County, where she gained substantial trial experience prosecuting criminal cases.
In 2001, Rebecca transitioned to private practice, focusing exclusively on family law from 2003 onward. She co-founded the family law practice group at Helms Robison Lee & Bennett, PA, before becoming a partner at Robison Smith Law in 2022. Rebecca is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law by the North Carolina State Bar and a certified Family Financial Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.
