Rebecca A. Poole is a board-certified family law specialist who has worked only in family law since 2011. She earned a business degree from Meredith College in 2008 and a law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2011.
Before starting her own law firm, Rebecca spent years helping clients with family law at three specialized firms in the Triangle area. She now assists people with many kinds of family law problems, such as child custody, child support, alimony, property division, working out agreements, mediation, and collaborative divorce. Rebecca also has certification as a Parenting Coordinator from the Center for Cooperative Parenting and serves as a coordinator in custody cases where parents are not getting along.
Rebecca previously served as a board member and co-secretary at the Center for Cooperative Parenting. She has led seminars for those who want to become Parenting Coordinators. Rebecca’s work has earned her honors, including being named a “Rising Star” in family law by North Carolina Super Lawyers in 2020 and 2021, and being recognized as one of the best family lawyers in Cary by Expertise.com from 2022 to 2024.
